It was also featured in the high-profile photoshoot for the relaunch of the GM Chevrolet Camaro in 2000, making it a true piece of automotive history. Historical Authenticity: The vehicle boasts the late-style trim tag, which was phased in during late November 1968. The tag and rivets appear original, with the late-style tag transitioning codes post-assembly date, confirming its authenticity.

The matching-numbers 302 engine, with block casting date September 19th, 1968, and engine assembly code V1013 DZ, was produced by the Flint V8 engine plant.

The 12-bolt differential features a J3B axle housing code (October 3rd, 1968) and an axle stamp (BVII05G2) denoting a 4.10:1 ratio with positraction.

A single 3/8 fuel line, standard for high-horsepower setups, supports its performance pedigree.
